To begin travel design with South of East, a $100 planning deposit is required. This secures your place in our calendar and allows us to begin preliminary research and itinerary development. The deposit is applied in full toward your planning total once your trip is confirmed.
For full itinerary planning, the deposit is non-refundable. If your plans change, it can be applied as a one-time credit toward future planning if you rebook within 6 months of payment.
For hotel-only bookings, the $100 deposit is credited back to you once your hotel booking is confirmed.
